Thanks to the practical applicator it is easy to apply directly on the eyelid. The narrowest part of the applicator can be used to create a thin line on the eyelid rim or with the flat part of the applicator, the product can be spread over the entire eyelid. To be used either alone or on top of another eye shadow to create an extremely bright glitter effect. The product can be blended immediately after application with the EVAGARDEN n ° 8 brush.
