2. Instant Lift: Use the tip of the brush vertically to lift the lashes at the outer corner of the eye. The spherical, lifting powder will help maintain the "open-eyed" effect all day long.
3. Luxury Layering: The formula is designed to be buildable. Apply a first coat for a natural look; add two or more coats for dramatic volume, without ever clumping.
