Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
All purchases of Products made by users who access the EVAGARDEN Shop are governed by these Regulations as well as by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (articles 50 - 67) and by the Italian rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003). By accessing the EVAGARDEN Shop, users undertake to comply with the conditions contained in this declaration. EVA GARDEN S.R.L. reserves the right to ask anyone who does not comply with these terms to refrain from using this website. With the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, according to the procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these Regulations. Availability of Articles
The assortment present in this e-commerce reflects the exact availability of each item according to the size, material and color. Once the order request has been received, the EVAGARDEN order department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction and to check the details of previous transactions made by the Customer. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested, the customer service of the EVAGARDEN Shop will promptly notify the Customer via email. Discount Codes - Promotions
Any discount vouchers or promotional codes can be entered when the customer completes the purchase order (Cart section of the site). The system will update the total amount of the order net of the discount code value. The voucher can be combined with other commercial initiatives only in cases where it will be expressly indicated.

All prices published within the Shop, payments, and order invoices are specified in Euros. On the EVAGARDEN Shop it is possible to pay for orders through the following forms of payment:
Credit card
You can pay the amount of your order through the main credit cards and rechargeable cards. Accepted are: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura and Poste Pay.

PayPal
You can pay in a convenient way through your PayPal account. Just select PayPal from the payment options on the cart, enter your PayPal email and password and log into your account. By choosing this method you will pay in complete safety thanks to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) which guarantees that no one can in any way read the information sent over the Internet. You can also use PayPal for credit card payments. In fact, to use PayPal, you do not need to be registered with the PayPal service.
Cash on delivery
If you prefer to pay upon receipt of the products ordered on the EVAGARDEN Shop, then cash on delivery is the most suitable payment method for you. It is possible to use the cash on delivery for orders of less than 200 Euros. This method of payment provides for a 3 Euro cart surcharge on the total order. If you choose this form of payment, upon delivery of the goods, the customer will pay the total amount of the order directly to the Courier in cash. For cash on delivery payments, it is advisable to prepare in advance the exact amount for the amount due to the courier.
