1. Apply the EVAGARDEN 829 Smoothing Base Plus in one thin coat.
2. Apply the desired nail polish (two coats recommended).
3. Once the surface enamel is dry, apply Top Coat Gel Effect Superlast 825 EVAGARDEN.
